Kasnique Hair Studio is not responsible for loss or damages to your personal items while in the salon. Please wear protective caps provided by the salon during cuts and hair colouring service.
BRIDAL PARTIES
Bridal parties of 3 or more are welcome. A deposit will be required at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable with a 72 hour notice.
GRATUITIES
We recommend 15% for gratitudes. Gratitudes are at the discretion of our guest and appreciated by our service providers.
APPOINTMENT
There is a 48 hour cancellation fee.
All services require a non-refundable deposit.
We do have a 15 minute grace period for unexpected situations that arise. Appointments will be cancelled after the grace period and charged in full for no shows.
PAYMENTS
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash Online booking are processed through paypal. (Identification upon request)
Gratitude are appreciated.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for all services and products provided by Kasnique Hair studio. Kasnique Hair studio is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards must be present at the point of sale. No exceptions will be made.
